
A private session with me is a very special experience of deep listening – whether online or in person.
We begin the session by noticing what your body is asking for today, and what you want to explore or address. From this place of awareness, we begin our collaborative session of listening to your body’s guidance as we explore an embodied approach to movement through Pilates, yoga, somatic movement, and Rolf Structural Integration bodywork principles, all the while guided by the potency of breath as a healing bridge.
Your embodied session could be a very gentle somatic approach or an elastic biotensegrity-inspired Pilates or yoga energetic approach – your deeply intelligent body is our guide!
